If DCWineGuy.com delivers you the incorrect order, we will pick up the order and replace it with the correct merchandise, or make you an offer. If merchandise is being returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for returning the merchandise to our store, located at 1618 17th Street, NW, Washington, DC 20009. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of purchase on items that are returned in the same condition they were delivered in. This means that the merchandise is unopened, the label is intact, etc. If for any reason, our distributor refuses the merchandise or charges any restocking fee, that cost will be passed along to the customer.
